The method used in this research is a literature review which analyzes relevant articles that meet the research criteria. Based on the results of a review of the previous literature, it was found that there were eight traditional games identified as being able to stimulate development in cognitive, motoric, and social-emotional aspects in mentally retarded children. The research aims to design and assess the feasibility of flashcards and a Braille board as instructional media. The study employs Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection methods include validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that: (1) The Braille Hijaiyah flashcards are designed using small impraboard cards, while the Braille board is made from plywood, with raised Braille text created using thumbtacks to suit students' needs. (2) Feasibility tests by media and subject matter experts confirm its high validity. The media expert's validation score is 3.8, and the subject matter expert's score is 3.87, both categorized as highly feasible. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation involving therapists, parents and professionals. The results showed that ABA therapy is effective in improving autistic children's abilities, especially when supported by a gradual learning program, the use of digital technology, parental involvement, and interprofessional collaboration. However, there are still challenges such as limited access to services and training for families. Instrumen yang dimaksud ialah instrumen validasi ahli terkait keberfungsian sebuah <em>prototype</em> untuk mendeteksi emosi anak gangguan spektrum autisme (GSA). Desain prototype ini disebut <em>emotion detection tool</em> (EDT). Validitas isi merupakan aspek penting dalam memastikan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan dapat secara akurat dan tepat mengukur indikator yang seharusnya ada dalam instrumen terkait. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (<em>Research and Development</em>) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, yang melibatkan empat orang ahli yaitu ahli elektronika, ahli informatika, ahli pendidikan luar biasa dan ahli sekolah luar biasa. Validitas isi instrumen ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penilaian pada 11 indikator utama yang dianalisis menggunakan Indeks Aiken untuk menentukan sejauh mana item-item dalam instrumen tersebut memenuhi kriteria validitas isi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan total penilaian indikator instrumen ini menunjukkan koefesien Indeks Aiken 0.78, yang menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tersebut berada dalam kategori valid secara isi. Namun, masih memerlukan adanya perbaikan pada beberapa item untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan keandalan instrumen tersebut.
