Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini menemukan informasi mendasar mengenai problem solving yang dilakukan keluarga dalam pelaksanaan intervensi terhadap anak hambatan pendengaran implan koklea dengan keterbatasan akses karena pandemi juga menemukan kendala yang dihadapi keluarga dalam melakukan intervensi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus. Terdiri dari lima kasus dengan usia anak dari empat sampai tujuh tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa program yang dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi berupa teleterapi yang diberikan oleh lembaga tempat anak melakukan terapi kepada orang tua atau keluarga. Akan tetapi pelaksanaan teleterapi berjalan kurang efektif karena tidak ada program khusus yang dirancang atau dilakukan oleh orang tua di rumah. Orang tua atau keluarga hanya melakukan program yang diberikan oleh terapis. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi orang tua saat melaksanakan program adalah mood anak yang susah ditebak, kesulitan dalam menyiapkan alat dan bahan untuk melaksanakan teleterapi, serta jarak antara tempat terapi dan rumah anak yang jauh sehingga menjadi dilema saat konsultasi di masa pandemi.
